For efficient tool design we use Delcam's Toolmaker package. This software has the ability to import the CAD model and create the tool around it using  various wizards to create everything from water ways  to electrodes. We run Toolmaker alongside Delcam Powermill which significantly reduces programming and machining times.


 

Our tool room comprises of 2 Hurco VMX30 CNC machining centres with travels of 762 x 508 x 610, AgieCharmille wire erosion machine, CNC Spark Eroder, a Hurco TM8 CNC Lathe 305 x 450 plus all the conventional machines found in a typical precision engineering environment.
 

 


For high speed machining we use Powermill which is the world's leading specialist CAM software for the manufacture of complex shapes typically found in the Toolmaking, Automotive, Aerospace and Oil & Gas industries.
