We have 4 Battenfeld Injection Moulding machines ranging from 35 tonnes lock to 180 tonnes lock. This gives us the capability of moulding shot weights up to 600 grams.
All our moulding machines are equipped with the necessary auxiliary equipment i.e. desicant driers, hopper loaders, mould temperature controllers, etc. to process all polymers to the highest quality.
With 20 years experience with engineered and commodity polymers. We can offer expertise in all areas of plastic technology, and advice on specific material choice for varying applications and conditions. Parts can be moulded in off the shelf colours or colour matched to customer requirements.
